Goddess of Knowledge, Music, Arts, and Wisdom
Goddess Saraswati is the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, art, wisdom, and learning. She is one of the Tridevi along with Lakshmi and Parvati. Saraswati is the consort of Lord Brahma and is depicted as a beautiful white-clad woman seated on a lotus, playing a veena.
Her name means "one who flows" - referring to the ancient Saraswati River as well as the flow of knowledge and speech. She is also known as Vagdevi (goddess of speech) and Sharada (goddess of autumn).
